We need a global non-diegetic UI sound for when the player cancels an action through the UI.

Look at the menus in Half-Life 2 for a good example.

Examples of when this could play:

  • The player selects Cancel from the settings menu
  • The player selects Cancel from the quit confirm dialog in the pause menu
  • The player selects Continue from the pause menu
