Grunk alarm heartbeat starvation swell SFX #41

As a grunk alarm node is starved of a heartbeat, it should make a sound which progressively swells before the normal trigger animation & sound are played.

  • Should last about 3 seconds.
    • The default heartbeat interval is 3 seconds. After 6 seconds without a heartbeat, the trigger sequence & sound are played.
    • Some hearts may beat faster or slower -- that's fine, we can start to play the starvation swell in those slower cases.
  • A heartbeat SFX (#40) is played immediately when the heartbeat signal is received.
    • This will last about 1.618 seconds and should not overlap with the start of the swell.
  • Needs to segue well with the alarm trigger sound.
