We need a global non-diegetic UI sound for when the player tries to do something they can't do.

This would play in a number of situations including:

  • When the player presses the pause button when pausing is disabled (e.g. during the death sequence)
  • When the player presses the mode switch button on a tool with no alternate mode (e.g. the toothbrush)
  • When the player tries to use an interactive object that is disabled
