Hey peeps here is a a place for discussing the "Charter of Directorship" which is a document for determining who the creative director for a given project should be. Feel free to post any changes you would like made to the document here as well as any other thoughts related to this. The plan is to vote on this after the meeting on July 7th. Then we will have the capacity to assign creative directors to projects to make calls on what direction to go with things.

Also as mentioned in the meeting I believe the voting period should be 3 days (72 hours). This gives enough time so everyone has a chance to vote and still gets things done efficiently.
